Lattice Workshop

WHO: This workshop is designed for the clinical training of Radiation Oncologists, Physicists, Dosimetrists and Radiation Therapists.

The training will be conducted in partnership with Varian Medical Systems and The Radiosurgery Society. It will feature Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists and Dosimetrists from ICI as well as select experts in the field.

WHAT: A comprehensive and hands-on training course on the principles of Lattice Radiotherapy (LRT) including planning techniques of LRT for various clinical indications, essentials of LRT delivery techniques, and a novel way of managing voluminous tumors in patients with different diagnoses. The course will be a mix of lectures, breakouts and hands-on sessions per profession.

WHERE: All of the clinical content will be delivered at Innovative Cancer Institute in South Miami, Florida.

WHEN: The course length will be two (2) days, October 11-12, 2019.
